Custom Products Policy

The majority of our products are custom-manufactured to your specific measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold to other customers.

As a result, custom-made blinds and curtains are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or do not conform to your order specifications. This policy is consistent with Spanish consumer protection laws regarding custom-manufactured goods.

Your Right of Withdrawal

Under Spanish and European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

For standard, non-custom products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by notifying us in writing. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Defective Products

If your custom blinds or curtains arrive with manufacturing defects or do not conform to your order specifications, we will remedy the situation at no additional cost to you. Defects covered under this policy include:

To report a defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect. We will arrange for inspection and, if the defect is confirmed, provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Measurement Errors

If you used our professional measurement service and the products do not fit due to measurement errors on our part, we will remake the products at no charge. This guarantee applies only when measurements were taken by our qualified technicians.

If you provided your own measurements and the products do not fit, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. We strongly recommend using our professional measurement service to ensure accuracy and avoid costly errors.

Color and Texture Variations

We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately on our website. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, and natural variations in materials.

Minor color variations, particularly in natural materials like wood and fabric, are not considered defects and are not grounds for return. We recommend ordering physical samples before placing your final order to ensure satisfaction with colors and textures.

Return Process

If you believe you are eligible for a return under this policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within the applicable timeframe
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Submit photographs showing the defect or problem
  4. Await authorization before returning any products
  5. Pack products securely in original packaging if possible
  6. Ship products to the address provided by our customer service team
  7. Retain proof of shipment and tracking information

Do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect returned products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order different products, you must follow the return process for eligible items and place a new order separately.

For defective products, we will provide replacements rather than exchanges. Replacement products will be manufactured to the same specifications as your original order unless you request modifications.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before manufacturing begins. Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the products.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately. If cancellation is accepted, we will refund your payment minus any non-refundable deposits or fees for work already completed, such as measurement services.

Cancellation requests made after manufacturing has begun will not be honored, and you will be responsible for the full order amount.

Installation Issues

If problems arise during or after professional installation by our team, we will return to address the issues at no additional charge. This includes adjustments, realignment, or correction of installation errors.

If you chose to install products yourself and encounter difficulties, we can provide guidance and support. However, we are not responsible for damage or improper installation resulting from self-installation.

Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Warranty coverage is separate from this Return Policy and addresses defects that become apparent after the initial return period.

Warranty claims should be submitted according to the procedures outlined in your warranty documentation. Warranties typically cover manufacturing defects but not damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Damaged Shipments

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If packaging appears damaged, note this on the delivery receipt and photograph the damage before opening.

If products are damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of both the damaged packaging and products. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for replacement or repair.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect your ability to receive a replacement or refund.

Restocking Fees

For eligible returns of standard, non-custom products, a restocking fee of 20% may apply. This fee covers the costs of processing returns, inspecting products, and restocking inventory.

Restocking fees do not apply to returns of defective products or products that do not conform to order specifications due to our error.

International Orders

Returns from international locations are subject to the same policies outlined above. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for international returns. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
